If you need to re-download the software, perform the following steps:

If the software is currently installed, uninstall the software using the Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and Features) function of the Control Panel.

Delete the installer file that was previously downloaded.

Shutdown and restart your computer.

Using your order number and the password created during the purchase process, re-download the installer for your software.

Save the installer file to your Windows desktop.

Launch the installer file and follow the prompts to install the software.
If you no longer have your order number and password, send an e-mail to softwaresupport@bighammer.com with your email address used to place the order along with the First and Last name on the order. The support staff will send a reply with your order number and password.

NOTE: If you do not see a Download button on the order information page, the download period for your purchase has expired. The download period is 30 days from the date of purchase, unless the Extended Download Service is purchased at the same time as the software installer. The Extended Download Service extends the download period to two years from the date of purchase.
