To request a refund under the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, send an e-mail to softwaresupport@bighammer.com with details of your request.  Your original transaction must be “settled” with your financial institution before the refund can be processed.

A "settled" transaction means the order has completed processing with your credit card issuer.

Once the refund transaction is processed, you will receive an e-mail with details of the refund transaction.

Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card issuer.
